- • As an Account Specialist at Wolt, you will play a key role in maximizing the performance of retail partners on the Wolt platform by building strong relationships, delivering top-tier client experiences, and driving growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving commercial growth of existing retail partners, managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure value creation for partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt, using data insights to identify optimization opportunities and propose tailored campaigns, acting as the primary contact for assigned accounts to support expansion, and collaborating across teams to align goals and enhance partner performance.
- • Wolt is a fast-growing global technology company that began as a food delivery service in 2014 and now operates in over 1,000 cities across 30 countries, having joined forces with DoorDash in 2022 to expand its delivery ecosystem. The company fosters an entrepreneurial, challenging, and rewarding environment where self-starters with drive can learn, build, and ship more than in most other organizations.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in account management, retail operations, and data-informed decision-making, while strengthening your project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills in a high-growth, international tech setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience in account development, retail operations, or sales, with e-commerce or marketplace experience considered a plus
- • Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale
- • Project management skills, including stakeholder management and process implementation
- • Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and possessing a "can do" attitude
- • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
