  • • The Account Support Specialist at Wealth.com Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring seamless client and advisor onboarding, transitions, and administrative workflows that directly impact the scalability and reliability of the estate planning platform. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of client data, accurate billing, and smooth operational handoffs between teams, ultimately supporting Wealth.com’s mission to empower wealth management firms with modern, secure, and efficient estate planning solutions.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and configuring new advisor accounts and teams in internal systems, managing advisor transitions between account managers or teams, executing user migrations, and updating internal systems to reflect accurate billing, contract, and account information. The role also involves performing data updates, migrations, and account reconciliations to ensure record accuracy, collaborating with Account Management to prioritize and track requests for timely completion, identifying and escalating process issues or bottlenecks that affect client experience, and maintaining detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
