- • As an Enablement Business Partner for SDRs at Twilio, you will act as a strategic connector between sales leadership, marketing, product, and operations to design and deliver enablement programs that improve SDR performance, shorten ramp time, and drive revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will consult with sales leaders using qualitative and quantitative data, develop and deliver tailored content, contribute to knowledge bases and training sessions, partner with Learning Design Experience teams to define learning objectives, and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through pre/post-assessments and metrics.
