  • • The Site Activation Specialist II- FSP role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring timely and compliant clinical trial site activation across countries, directly impacting the speed and quality of drug development for life-saving therapies.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing country-level site start-up activities such as preparing and submitting regulatory applications (Central/Local EC, RA), overseeing essential document collection, tracking milestone progress in real time, monitoring financial aspects and task hours, ensuring SOP/WI compliance, maintaining TMF documentation, and acting as a liaison between investigational sites and functional leads.
  • • The role operates within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services that partners with innovators across drug development and commercialization, leveraging deep expertise to shape solutions that accelerate patient progress.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in clinical trial start-up processes, regulatory compliance across Phases II-IV, vendor management, budget negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning you for growth into senior site activation, clinical trial management, or regulatory affairs leadership within a purpose-driven organization committed to developing its people.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree
  • • Detailed understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP
  • • Ability to understand clinical protocols and associated study specifications
  • • Detailed understanding of clinical trial start-up processes
  • • Ability to manage external vendors to contract effectively
  • • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
