- • The Associate Director, Government Pricing is a key member of Regeneron’s government pricing team, responsible for the accurate calculation and timely submission of all required government price reporting, ensuring compliance with CMS, VA, and state legislation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include calculating, validating, and reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing; submitting and monitoring State Price Transparency regulations; performing G/L reconciliations, Class of Trade reviews, and PHS/340b eligibility reviews; reviewing calculations with Senior Management for approval; maintaining and updating SOPs and assumptions quarterly; monitoring policies for compliance; estimating impacts of pricing and policy changes; conducting pricing research and analysis on special projects; reviewing commercial contract language related to Best Price, ASP, and FSS; investigating government pricing trends and cross-channel impacts; providing inputs to the Gross to Net team; monitoring for tracking customer violations and Bona Fide Service Fee treatments; participating in cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert; and liaising with Commercial Leadership, Pricing, Trade, Brand, and Accounting/Finance teams.

The government pricing team ensures regulatory compliance and supports strategic contracting and payment activities across federal and state programs.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in complex government pricing frameworks (Medicaid, Medicare Part B, PHS/340B, FSS/TriCare/IFF), strengthen analytical and regulatory interpretation skills, gain experience in cross-functional leadership and SOP governance, and develop influence as a trusted advisor on pricing strategy and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of prior experience in Government Pricing or a related field such as finance, accounting, or Medicare/Medicaid with strong analytical skills
- • Understanding of current government pricing rules, regulations, and calculations including Medicaid, Medicare Part B, PHS/340B, and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)
- • Ability to calculate, validate, and report accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing; perform G/L reconciliations, Class of Trade reviews, and PHS/340b eligibility reviews
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify variances, assess root causes, and communicate commercial impact
- • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate across organizations
- • Excellent communication skills to convey complex pricing information to all levels of the organization
- • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail, accountability, ownership of results, and adaptability in a changing regulatory environment
