- • Lead the global equity function at ServiceTitan, a mission-driven company building the AI-powered Operating System of the Trades, ensuring accurate and compliant administration of stock plans that support global growth and employee equity participation.
- • Manage day-to-day equity operations including grant, exercise, vesting, and termination of stock options, RSUs, and PSUs via E*TRADE’s EquityEdge Online; oversee ESPP enrollment; create training materials; develop policies and an AI-powered chatbot to support global employee understanding of equity programs.
- • Partner with Legal, Finance, People, Accounting, Payroll, and external advisors (PwC, Computershare) to ensure tax compliance, SOX controls, SEC reporting, and seamless integration of equity data during M&A activity and international expansion.
- • Drive process efficiency through automation and AI, lead Form 4 filings for Section 16 officers, manage insider trading windows, and support executive estate planning while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering clear, accessible guidance to employees at all levels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience, with at least 5 years at a U.S. publicly traded company; Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification required.
- • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state equity taxation, with experience in global equity administration, particularly in Canada and India, and familiarity with international accounting, tax, and securities law.
- • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills; experience working directly with Computershare, E*TRADE/EEO, and PwC strongly preferred.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex equity concepts into clear guidance for employees from new hires to executives; positive attitude, strong judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
