• • As a Product Operations Associate on a 2-month contract, you will play a critical role in supporting Pebl’s HR operations by implementing and migrating Time Off policies across internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance in a fast-moving global work environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include inputting and configuring Time Off policies based on guidelines, translating policy rules into system settings (such as accruals, carryover, and eligibility), migrating employee data between policies, validating accuracy pre- and post-migration, following SOPs, identifying data inconsistencies, and collaborating with HR and Operations teams to resolve issues while maintaining organized progress records.
