📋 Description

• • The Risk and Central Monitoring Manager coordinates cross-functional risk management and central monitoring activities for assigned clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP guidelines, supporting study teams by prioritizing quality across studies and ensuring consistency within programs, therapeutic areas, and sponsors.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) activities, developing Central Monitoring Plans, delivering training on RBQM strategy, facilitating identification of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Quality Tolerance Limits (QTLs), overseeing central monitoring dashboard setup, performing central monitoring reviews, maintaining the Risk Library, ensuring inspection readiness, and mentoring junior team members.
