- • Lead high-complexity technical engagements for enterprise accounts, independently driving discovery across multiple workflows, systems, and disciplines to identify transformation opportunities aligned with customer objectives.
- • Architect advanced, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment paths, creating clear ROI narratives and solution justification artifacts to support customer decision-making.
- • Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers, building deep, long-term relationships with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between Autodesk technology and strategic business goals.
- • Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) that captures the customer’s technical footprint, long-term goals, and adoption strategy for Autodesk solutions.
- • Proactively identify and pursue multi-solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts.
- • Lead complex technical escalations requiring coordination across internal teams including sales, customer success, product, and engineering specialists.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy by providing technical insights that inform sales planning and customer engagement.
- • Orchestrate internal specialists to deliver demonstrations, benchmarking exercises, and technical workshops tailored to customer needs and evaluation criteria.
- • Provide clear, data-driven analysis of evaluation outcomes and performance results to validate solution effectiveness and guide next steps.
- • Represent Autodesk as a thought leader at enterprise events, industry conferences, and technical discussions to enhance brand credibility and market presence.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narratives that articulate value, impact, and business outcomes.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to relay customer feedback and market insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
- • Ensure technical solutions are designed for scalability, integration, and long-term adoption within enterprise environments.
- • Maintain up-to-date expertise in Autodesk’s full portfolio of enterprise solutions and comparable industry platforms to deliver authoritative technical guidance.
- • Balance technical depth with business acumen to support transformation strategies using industry insights and financial reasoning.
- • Deliver persuasive, well-structured communications to executive-level stakeholders, aligning technical decisions with organizational priorities.
