- • As an Accountant at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of a globally distributed organization, supporting accurate financial reporting and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Day to day, you will post transactions in SAP, reconcile sub-ledgers (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, Intercompany), manage payroll reconciliation across countries, support month-end and year-end close processes, perform balance sheet reconciliations, prepare variance analyses, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (VAT, CIT, statutory filings), and contribute to financial statement preparation and special projects as needed.
- • You will join the Finance, Tax & Accounting team within Remote’s global Finance function, which is responsible for maintaining financial health, managing risk, enabling strategic decisions, and supporting the company’s growth across 6+ continents through a fully remote, asynchronous work culture rooted in innovation, autonomy, and inclusion.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international accounting standards, GAAP compliance, multi-country payroll and tax reporting, and ERP systems like SAP, while developing strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — positioning you for advancement within Remote’s finance career ladder.
🎯 Requirements
- • Post qualification accounting experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- • EMEA timezone availability required
- • Demonstrated experience using core finance systems (SAP or similar)
- • Ability to ensure compliance with GAAP principles
