📋 Description

• • The Accountant will assist the Accounting delivery team in executing and delivering client accounting services, managing specific client deliverable tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and contributing to the overall development of service delivery.
• • Day to day, the role involves maintaining accurate general ledger records and financial transactions, managing day-to-day accounting activities for assigned global clients, performing bank, balance sheet, intercompany, AR and AP reconciliations, conducting month-end and year-end closing activities including journal postings and accruals, maintaining and reviewing general ledger accounts for accuracy, assisting in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports, supporting tax computations, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting, maintaining documentation for audit and compliance, communicating with clients and internal teams on accounting and compliance matters, liaising with auditors, local advisors, and consultants regarding audit, tax, and company law compliance, managing multiple client engagements for timely delivery, and supporting urgent client deliverables and ad-hoc accounting projects.
