This role is pivotal in scaling our operations by ensuring financial processes are systematic, accurate, and meticulously controlled.
• • As our Accountant for Ukrainian FOPs, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our numerous individual entrepreneurs. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete accounting and tax support for these entities, ensuring seamless operations for our team members, timely tax payments, accurate filing of declarations, and the proactive avoidance of penalties. Your diligence and expertise will directly contribute to the precision, systematic management, and overall control of all financial processes related to our FOPs.
• • Key responsibilities include:
• • Providing comprehensive accounting and tax support for Ukrainian Individual Entrepreneurs (FOPs), specifically those operating under the 3rd group tax regime.
• • Preparing and ensuring the timely submission of all required tax reporting, including:
• • The single tax declaration for 3rd group payers.
• • The unified social contribution (ESV) report.
• • The military levy report.
• • Accurately calculating and diligently monitoring all tax liabilities to ensure compliance.
• • Proactively tracking tax payment deadlines and preparing necessary payment orders.
• • Managing the registration and updating of FOP data, including Business Activity Codes (KVEDs), changes in the tax system, and bank account details.
• • Vigilantly monitoring income limits and ensuring adherence to the requirements of the FOP group and all relevant legislative restrictions.
• • Offering essential advisory support to FOPs regarding their financial and tax obligations.
• • This role demands a proactive approach to financial management, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
