- • As an Accounting Analyst at Addi S.A.S., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting for both the SaaS and banking operations of Colombia’s leading Buy Now, Pay Later provider. Your work will directly support the company’s mission to redefine financial freedom for over 2 million customers and 20,000 merchants by maintaining trustworthy financial data that enables strategic decision-making and regulatory adherence.
- • You will drive key financial operations including weekly supplier and partner reporting, tax support, month-end close optimization, account reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets—delivering timely, accurate insights that enhance financial health and operational efficiency.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in GAAP/IFRS, banking regulations, and ERP systems while developing advanced analytical and process improvement skills. You’ll have the opportunity to implement AI-driven enhancements, lead efficiency initiatives, and grow into a trusted financial partner within a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization.
- • Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time.
- • Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, achieving 100% satisfaction from internal and external stakeholders within 5 days after month-end.
- • Actively support internal and external financial requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization, responsiveness, and clarity of communication.
- • Reduce the month-end close process to 8–9 calendar days within the first six months through process optimization and cross-team coordination.
- • Efficiently manage reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within 6 calendar days with zero discrepancies.
- • Implement at least two measurable process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, leveraging tools like AI and automation where applicable.
- • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets teams to deliver insightful financial analysis that supports strategic initiatives and risk management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- • 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting processing within a medium or large organization.
- • Proficiency in GAAP or IFRS accounting standards and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
- • Demonstrated ability to identify financial discrepancies, drive process improvements, and implement AI-enhanced solutions for greater efficiency.
- • Strong understanding of banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls; ability to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
