- • As an Accounting Assistant/Specialist - Accounts Payable at Hive Health, you will manage the company’s payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
- • You will prepare and schedule payments, process invoices and reimbursements, coordinate with HR on payroll and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), maintain accurate records, reconcile vendor statements, collaborate with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and audit support.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payables processes
- • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance
- • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
