Accounting Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• • The Accounting Integration Specialist plays a critical role in helping ServiceTitan’s most strategic customers migrate and implement accounting data from complex CRM and accounting systems to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Intacct platforms, ensuring seamless financial operations and high client satisfaction.
• • Day to day, the specialist will manage multiple concurrent accounting data migration projects, act as a subject matter expert in QuickBooks and accounting systems, facilitate client scoping sessions, anticipate and mitigate project risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from frontline accounting staff to CFOs.
• • The Implementation team at ServiceTitan is responsible for delivering high-impact, complex implementations for enterprise clients, where the Accounting Integration Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and internal process improvement driver, contributing to product evolution and customer success.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in accounting system integrations, develop leadership and client management skills, influence product development through frontline insights, and gain exposure to scalable SaaS implementation methodologies while making a tangible impact on clients’ financial operations.
