📋 Description
- • Support the Finance/Accounting team with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- • Help maintain accurate financial records and support audit preparation.
- • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.
- • Learn and apply accounting principles in a real-world setting under supervision.
- • Contribute to team goals by participating in special projects and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
