• • As a Senior Clinical Recruiter at Baba, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare for older adults by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding the exceptional medical providers and care advocates who form the backbone of our innovative service.
• • This is a high-impact role where you will own the entire clinical recruiting lifecycle, from the initial outreach to the final signed offer, driving the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians, nurses, therapists, care coordinators, and other essential clinical staff.
• • You will be empowered to set strategic recruiting initiatives, design and implement robust recruitment processes, and consistently deliver outstanding results at the rapid pace characteristic of a fast-growing startup.
• • A significant part of your role will involve guiding new hires through a seamless and supportive onboarding journey, ensuring they transition smoothly from contracting and credentialing to their initial patient assignments.

• • You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Credentialing team, acting as a vital liaison to ensure all providers are in-network, fully compliant with regulatory requirements, and prepared to see patients without facing unnecessary delays or administrative hurdles.
• • A key responsibility will be to build and maintain clear visibility into our talent pipeline, meticulously tracking essential metrics such as candidate response rates, conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, time-to-credential, and the progress of new hire ramp-up.
• • By proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks within the recruitment and onboarding process, you will ensure operational efficiency and a consistently positive experience for both candidates and the company.
