Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• • As the first internal accounting hire at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will build and own the company's accounts payable function from the ground up, transitioning from an external firm to an internal finance team.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, payment execution, three-way matching, vendor management, corporate card administration, and support month-end close activities, with expanding responsibilities into billing and receivables over the first 90 days.
• • Vapi is a fast-growing voice AI platform serving over 700k developers, backed by top-tier investors including Y Combinator, KP Seed, and Bessemer, with a mission to make voice the default interface for human-computer interaction.
• • In this role, you will gain ownership over critical financial processes, develop expertise in scaling finance operations in a high-growth tech environment, and have the opportunity to shape the foundation of Vapi’s internal finance function while working closely with revenue and operations teams.
