📋 Description
- • As Accounting Manager at SentiLink Corporation, you will own operating expenses and general accounting end-to-end, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financials across all non-revenue areas in a fast-growing fintech company.
- • You will lead the monthly close, manage a team of three accountants, perform flux and variance analysis, drive process improvements, and oversee the end-to-end audit process for non-revenue functions.
- • SentiLink is a rapidly expanding identity and risk solutions provider backed by top-tier investors, recognized in the Forbes Fintech 50, and operating with a digital-first culture across U.S. and India offices.
- • In this role, you will build scalable systems, strengthen financial controls, develop your team, and gain deep exposure to multi-entity accounting, technical accounting, and audit processes in a high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of accounting experience
- • Experience owning monthly close and general accounting processes in a multi-entity environment
- • Strong understanding of US GAAP
- • Experience managing or mentoring a team
- • Track record of improving accounting processes, systems, and controls in a growing company
- • Experience with audits and working with external auditors
