- • The Accounting Manager at XTIUM plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting across all business units, directly contributing to organizational success through disciplined financial management and process excellence.
- • Day to day, the role involves preparing month-end financial statement close procedures, consolidating data from all business units, preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis, applying ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and developing timely monthly financial reporting packages in accordance with GAAP.

- • In this role, the Accounting Manager will deepen expertise in technical accounting (ASC 606/340), gain experience with Workday ERP, strengthen leadership in cross-functional financial collaboration, and contribute to process improvement and audit readiness while working closely with senior leadership and the Director of Accounting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, CMA preferred)
- • Experience with ASC 606/340 revenue recognition
- • Experience with Workday ERP
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Big 4 Public Accounting experience preferred
