📋 Description

• Lead the accounting, controls, and reporting for Lambda’s capital asset and lease portfolios in a highly capital-intensive infrastructure environment, ensuring accurate financial oversight of over $1.5B in fixed assets and $500M+ in operating Right-of-Use assets.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets and leases, including capitalization policy, Construction in Progress (CIP) monitoring, depreciation, lease accounting under ASC 842, asset disposals, and audit support.
• Partner with infrastructure, procurement, legal, and finance teams to validate asset deployments, track high-value GPU infrastructure, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and lease accounting standards.
• Drive process improvements and system integrations between ERP (NetSuite), procurement, and asset tracking tools to support scalable operations in a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience with significant exposure to fixed asset and lease accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP fixed asset accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting
• Experience managing Construction in Progress (CIP) and capital project accounting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and fixed asset management modules
• Experience managing large-scale fixed asset and lease portfolios ($2B+ preferred)
