📋 Description
- • The Accounting Operations Lead supports a government agency’s IT operations by ensuring financial systems and data align with configuration requirements, contract expectations, and government regulations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating across development efforts, collaborating with developers, DBAs, functional analysts, and technical specialists, monitoring and troubleshooting application operations and data, ensuring QA standards are met, enforcing software development best practices, implementing process improvements with automation and AI tools, providing functional support, documenting requirements and business processes, and leading a team to implement procedures across all workstreams.
