📋 Description
- • The Accounting Operations Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash application, brand payments, and reconciliation while supporting the Order-to-Cash cycle.
- • The role involves leading a team of accounting specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals, and driving process improvements through collaboration with Engineering and other departments.
- • Nabis is the #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform globally, backed by Y Combinator and high-profile investors, with a mission to empower access to cannabis through innovative, scalable infrastructure.
- • The individual will gain leadership experience, deepen expertise in financial controls and compliance, and contribute to the financial integrity of a rapidly scaling cannabis distribution network.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle and its integration with accounting operations, including cash application, reconciliation, and vendor payments
