- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as an Accounting Specialist (AP/AR) to support fast-growing global companies with accurate and timely financial operations in a remote, US time zone-aligned role.
- • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes in QuickBooks Online, including invoice generation, payment processing, aging report monitoring, and discrepancy resolution.
- • Reconcile ERP transactions with QBO to ensure financial accuracy, support month-end close activities, and maintain compliant documentation for audit readiness.
- • Collaborate with customers and vendors via professional communication channels to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues promptly.
- • Work within a dynamic, remote-first team serving US and UK-based clients, gaining exposure to high-volume, regulated industry accounting environments.
- • Develop expertise in ERP-to-QBO reconciliation, revenue recognition, and compliance documentation while building a long-term remote career in global finance operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience with hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated workflows.
- • Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and high-volume AP/AR operations, including month-end close and aging report management.
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to customer and vendor inquiries.
- • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- • Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana) and experience working with US or UK-based companies.
