• • The Accounting Specialist SR at Brown & Brown Insurance’s Bridge Specialty Group is responsible for processing accurate and timely commission and sales incentive payments, serving as a subject matter expert for complex processing issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing payments across multiple lines of business, researching and resolving complex exceptions, conducting quality checks on teammate work, providing guidance and training to less experienced staff, performing audits, preparing summary reports for management, and liaising with technology and sales partners to ensure accurate commission processing.
• • Bridge Specialty Group is a growing wholesale brokerage with over 2,000 team members across the U.S. and Europe, specializing in niche insurance markets such as construction, healthcare, and workers’ comp, and leveraging relationships with over 200 carriers to support a $7+ billion premium book.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in commission administration, develop leadership and training capabilities, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with technology and compliance teams, and contribute to the design and improvement of commission plans and processes.
