• • The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities for a digital-first marketing network client of TrueLogic.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and processing high volumes of vendor invoices, coding them to correct general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies, communicating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes.
