📋 Description

• The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Finance & Accounting team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments for the Company’s U.S. operations.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and posting invoices, coordinating approvals, communicating with vendors, resolving discrepancies, assisting with ACH and credit card payment processing, maintaining accounting documentation, supporting account reconciliations and journal entries, and helping complete reporting and month-end accounting tasks.
• The role is part of the Accounting team at Ansira Partners, LLC, a company focused on delivering marketing and customer engagement solutions, where precision and reliability in financial operations are critical to business continuity.
• The ideal candidate will develop strong expertise in accounts payable processes, gain hands-on experience with U.S.-based financial systems, improve proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and build a foundation for advancement in accounting or finance roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, or general accounting functions
• Familiarity with ACH and credit card payment processing
