- • The Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and operational integrity of Ever AI Technologies Inc., ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations to support the company’s rapid global growth and innovation in AI companionship.
- • This role directly enables the finance function to operate with precision and compliance, allowing the company to scale confidently while upholding ethical financial controls in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, verifying, and processing incoming supplier invoices; renaming, organizing, and uploading documentation into the accounting system; monitoring automated bank feeds for discrepancies; preparing payment batches for CFO approval; reconciling accounts payable balances; supporting KYC/AML and bank compliance inquiries; and assisting with month-end close activities.
- • The finance team at EverAI is a lean, high-trust unit led by experienced executives including a CFO with 25+ years in finance, M&A, and leadership at exited companies, providing a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals in a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field
- • Relevant formal education in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a similar discipline
- • Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
- • Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and comfort with online banking and payment tools
- • Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency operations
- • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
