📋 Description

• • The Accounts Payable Intern (Global) role supports Emma Matratzen GmbH’s finance operations by assisting with invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management across global entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records that enable smooth cash flow and compliance.
• • Day to day, the intern will process incoming invoices, verify documentation, prepare payment runs, reconcile accounts, assist with month-end closing tasks, and support internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial records.
• • Emma Matratzen GmbH is a global D2C sleep brand founded in 2015, operating in over 35 countries with 25+ stores across Europe, known for innovative sleep products and a diverse, collaborative culture spanning 60+ nationalities.
• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in global accounts payable processes, develop proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools, strengthen analytical and organizational skills, and build foundational knowledge for a career in finance or accounting within a fast-growing international company.
