� Description

• • Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for a 900-person, hyper-growth tech company that serves 4 million customers in 150 countries. You will lead a team of up to six AP specialists, ensuring every invoice is captured, coded, approved, and paid with world-class accuracy and speed.
• • Design and enforce iron-clad controls that safeguard Hostinger’s cash while still allowing the business to move at lightning speed. You will review high-risk transactions, spot duplicate or fraudulent invoices before they hit the bank, and build exception-handling playbooks that scale.
• • Drive relentless automation. Whether it is OCR ingestion, three-way-match bots, or API integrations with ERP, banking, and procurement platforms, your mission is to eliminate keystrokes and free your team for higher-value analysis.
• • Be the go-to partner for Treasury, Procurement, FP&A, and Legal. You will translate payment data into cash-flow insights, negotiate early-pay discounts, and ensure every contract’s payment terms are mirrored flawlessly in the AP system.
• • Coach and mentor a diverse team across Vilnius and Kaunas. You will set quarterly OKRs, run weekly stand-ups, and create individual development plans that turn junior clerks into future finance leaders.
• • Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for AP. You will reconcile vendor statements, clear GR/IR, post accruals, and deliver audit-ready files that satisfy Big-4 reviewers and comply with IFRS.
• • Lead or contribute to strategic finance projects—global ERP rollout, new entity setups, payment factory design, or ESG supplier scoring. Your fingerprints will be on every process that touches cash outflow.
• • Build a culture of continuous improvement. You will run Kaizen events, track KPI dashboards (invoice cycle time, early-payment capture rate, cost per invoice), and present findings to the CFO and Head of Accounting.
• • Manage multi-currency, multi-entity payment runs across SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, and card rails. You will ensure FX gains/losses are minimized and bank fees are benchmarked quarterly.
• • Be the escalation point for complex vendor issues—pricing disputes, credit notes, or urgent wire recalls. Your calm, data-driven approach will protect Hostinger’s reputation and supplier relationships.
