- • The Accounts Payable Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of Notion Labs, Inc. by managing the company's global accounts payable process, supporting timely payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing invoice processing, managing travel and expense policies, reviewing purchase card requests, supporting month-end close accruals and reconciliations, preparing audit documentation, managing a team of AP staff and contractors, and developing metrics to improve AP performance and efficiency.
- • The Accounting team at Notion is integral to the company’s financial operations, working closely with Treasury, FP&A, and other departments to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance with internal controls in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and process optimization skills, gain experience managing a team in a scalable financial function, deepen expertise in international AP processes including VAT, and contribute to financial audit readiness while working with modern accounting technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting roles
- • Experience working with international subsidiaries and knowledge of VAT
- • Proven experience with developing scalable, efficient, and controlled processes
- • Strong attention to detail, communication, and high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Experience using NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Navan, or similar accounting software
