- • The Accounts Payable/Purchasing Card Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the purchasing card program and supporting Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance.
- • Daily responsibilities include maintaining purchasing card accounts, reviewing transaction data and reconciliations, serving as a liaison to the issuing bank, managing supplier records, processing invoices, managing cash flow, preparing 1099s, and overseeing the escheatment process.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- • 2 years of technical experience in accounting or financial operations
- • Experience managing purchasing card (PCARD) programs including account setup, reconciliation, and merchant category code application
- • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, supplier management, and 1099 reporting
- • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners such as issuing banks
- • Experience in training end-users and developing procedural documentation
