• • The Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate at Standard Bots Inc. plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial operations by managing vendor payments and customer invoicing, ensuring timely and precise processing that supports cash flow and financial controls.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals, managing vendor setup (including W-9 collection), preparing payments via the Ramp platform, creating and issuing customer invoices per contract terms, coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve billing inquiries, supporting collections efforts professionally, maintaining audit-ready records, assisting with sales tax and expense reporting, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
