📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and contractors.
• Ensure proper coding, approval, and documentation of all invoices in strict alignment with company financial policies.
• Schedule and prepare payments according to vendor terms and internal financial timelines.
• Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report, actively monitoring outstanding payables and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end close activities by reconciling accounts payable and corporate credit card accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and external vendors.
• Respond to vendor communications promptly and professionally to foster strong, reliable vendor relationships.
• Support audit readiness by compiling and organizing internal control documentation and fulfilling audit requests.
• Collaborate with auditors and external financial partners as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize financial systems including NetSuite and Ramp to process transactions, track approvals, and maintain records.
• Leverage Google Workspace tools — Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet — for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
• Operate with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment with minimal bureaucracy.
• Work independently and collaboratively across global teams to support seamless financial operations.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by ensuring all AP processes match the quality standards of ElevenLabs’ AI products.
• Participate in annual company offsites and social travel initiatives to connect with global colleagues.
• Utilize the monthly co-working stipend if not located near a main company hub.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Required proficiency with financial systems including NetSuite and Ramp.
• Strong command of Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
