- • As Heidi’s first Accounts Payable Specialist in the Philippines, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial operations by building and shaping accounts payable processes from the ground up, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all entities.
- • You will manage day-to-day accounts payable and expense operations including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing; serve as the main point of contact for vendors; lead rollout of new bill and expense management tools; develop process improvements and SOPs; collaborate on spend policies; support month-end close and audits.
- • Heidi Health Pty Ltd is a fast-growing healthtech company building an AI Care Partner to support clinicians globally, backed by nearly $100 million in funding and powering over two million patient visits weekly across 116 countries.
- • You will gain ownership of a critical finance function, develop expertise in AP automation and financial controls, and contribute to scalable processes that support Heidi’s rapid international growth while advancing your career in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting ideally within the technology industry or a similar fast-paced environment
- • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and identify process improvements
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
- • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through
