- • As the Accounts Payable Supervisor at Local Infusion LLC, you will lead the strategic transition of accounts payable from an outsourced provider to a fully in-house function, playing a pivotal role in building scalable financial operations for a rapidly growing healthcare organization that is transforming specialty infusion care through AI-driven technology and patient-centered service.
- • You will own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and legal entities, while establishing best-in-class processes, controls, and team structures from the ground up in a high-growth, multi-site environment.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing A/P workflows, policies, and internal controls; overseeing invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing; identifying automation opportunities; partnering with leadership to optimize ERP and A/P platforms; hiring, training, and developing the A/P team; managing vendor relationships and resolving discrepancies; supporting month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations; and collaborating with operations, procurement, finance, and clinical teams to ensure seamless invoice processing.
- • You will establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the A/P function, foster a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail, and ensure completeness and accuracy of A/P-related balances during month-end close, providing reporting and analysis as needed to support financial decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • 3–6+ years of accounts payable experience, with prior supervisory or managerial experience
- • Demonstrated experience owning and managing the full accounts payable process
- • Experience working in a multi-location and/or multi-entity organization
- • Strong Excel skills with ability to work with large data sets
- • Experience with BILL.com or similar A/P automation platforms strongly preferred
- • Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
- • Experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred
- • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up sleeves
- • Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- • Ability to manage complexity across multiple locations and stakeholders
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Proactive problem-solver with a high level of accountability
