📋 Description

• • The Accounts Receivable Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Heidi Health’s Order to Cash (O2C) process for US and Canada operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth revenue flow in a high-growth healthtech environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing invoicing, cash application, dispute resolution, customer account reconciliations, and serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from North American clients, all while working a night shift aligned with PST/PDT hours.
• • Heidi Health is a rapidly scaling AI-driven healthtech company backed by nearly $100M in funding, serving over 2 million patient visits weekly across 116 countries, with a mission to reduce clinician burnout through intelligent care partner technology.
• • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in SaaS-based AR operations, contribute to month-end close and audit readiness, and gain exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives that support global financial scalability.
