• As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Coverdash, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients' insurance coverage and bolstering Coverdash's financial stability by ensuring the accurate and timely collection of insurance premiums. This pivotal role is designed to significantly reduce policy cancellations stemming from non-payment, enhance our company's cash flow, and cultivate a seamless and positive payment experience for our valued clients.
• You will operate at the intersection of our Operations, Finance, and Customer teams, fostering strong collaborative relationships to effectively manage outstanding balances, engage directly with clients, and drive continuous improvements in our billing and collections workflows. • Your primary responsibility will involve the proactive follow-up with clients regarding outstanding insurance premium payments. This includes implementing and executing defined communication workflows via email, phone, and SMS to ensure timely collection and minimize the risk of coverage lapse.
• You will meticulously maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment statuses, client interactions, and follow-up activities within our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and providing a clear audit trail.
• A significant part of your role will be responding to client inquiries concerning billing, payments, and overdue notices. This requires clear, professional, and empathetic communication to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.
• You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to swiftly identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues, ensuring a smooth process for both the client and Coverdash.
