- • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency distributed systems for mission-critical enterprise applications with a focus on high availability and performance.
- • Build and maintain API interfaces used by customers and internal UI teams to enable seamless integration and data flow.
- • Architect and implement a high-performance queuing and storage engine capable of handling enterprise-scale workloads.
- • Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code in systems-level languages such as C, Go, or Rust.
- • Evaluate and propose architectural improvements to existing distributed systems to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- • Collaborate with UI, connectivity, and DevOps teams to design and deliver elegant, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.
- • Work in a polyglot engineering environment, learning and applying new languages and technologies as needed.
- • Leverage Linux kernel networking primitives including netfilter, nftables, eBPF, tc, and network namespaces to optimize system behavior.
- • Apply deep expertise in L2, L3, and L4 networking protocols to solve real-world connectivity and performance issues.
- • Debug and optimize complex distributed systems with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
- • Design and operate large-scale distributed data pipelines, from data structuring and storage to efficient querying and analysis.
- • Deploy and manage systems on public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- • Apply Kubernetes concepts to orchestrate and scale distributed services in production environments.
- • Understand protocol-level behavior of internet standards, including discrepancies between specifications and actual implementation.
- • Drive end-to-end ownership of solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- • Work cross-functionally to identify and implement common, sustainable solutions across teams and systems.
- • Contribute to open source projects to advance industry standards and share technical expertise.
- • Optimize complex systems to solve general problems with precision and scalability.
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail when diagnosing and resolving intricate customer-facing technical issues.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of industry experience
- • Experience building and shipping large-scale, reliable, highly distributed systems
- • Systems-level programming experience in C, Go, or Rust
- • Expertise in L2, L3, and/or L4 networking protocols
- • Experience building on top of Linux kernel networking primitives (netfilter, nftables, eBPF, tc, network namespaces)
- • Experience with large-scale distributed data pipelines and public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
