• • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic Accounting team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the utmost completeness and accuracy of our most critical financial data. You will be instrumental in managing the revenue cycle, from contract review and data entry to invoice generation, client communication, and collections. Your contributions will directly impact our financial health and client satisfaction.
• • Key responsibilities will encompass a broad range of Accounts Receivable functions. You will meticulously review new sales contracts, paying close attention to non-standard or complex billing terms. This will involve close collaboration with our Deal Desk and Order Operations teams to ensure all contractual obligations are accurately reflected in our billing system. A significant part of your role will be setting up new customers and sales orders within NetSuite, guaranteeing that all data is complete and accurate to facilitate proper revenue recognition. You will act as a crucial liaison, working across various departments to research and resolve escalated client disputes and billing exceptions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
• • Furthermore, you will be a key driver of process improvements within the Accounts Receivable function. This includes identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and working collaboratively with business partners and other departments to implement best practices. Your proactive approach to optimizing workflows will be highly valued.
• • In the realm of collections, you will actively monitor outstanding customer balances within NetSuite. Leveraging tools like Tesorio (or similar technologies), you will conduct regular and systematic outreach to clients to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow. A critical aspect of this will be analyzing aging reports to identify potential risks and proactively escalating high-risk accounts as needed. You will also work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively resolve account disputes, fostering strong client relationships while ensuring financial obligations are met.
