📋 Description

• • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage end-to-end AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application, playing a critical role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of Spellbook Legal Inc.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating high-volume customer invoices, monitoring accounts for timely collections, applying daily cash receipts, resolving billing disputes, maintaining AR aging reports, supporting month-end close, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• • Spellbook Legal Inc. is a fast-growing AI-powered legal tech company backed by top-tier investors, providing an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that integrates directly into Microsoft Word to accelerate contract drafting, review, and negotiation for over 4,000 law firms and in-house teams.
