📋 Description

• • The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is critical to ensuring NeuroNav’s financial operations run smoothly, directly enabling faster access to life-changing services for adults with developmental disabilities through the Self-Determination Program.
• • Day to day, the specialist will own end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing payors, obtaining missing authorizations, following up on outstanding payments, performing account reconciliations, managing QuickBooks Online records, supporting budgeting and financial reporting, and assisting with office and HR operations in partnership with PEO providers.
• • NeuroNav is a mission-driven public benefit corporation founded at Stanford in 2020, backed by Pear VC, and recognized as California’s largest independent Self-Determination Program facilitator, combining technology and compassionate expert Navigators to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• • In this role, the individual will gain deep experience in nonprofit and government billing, financial reporting for scaling organizations, process improvement in finance and operations, and exposure to startup finance and HR operations — with strong potential to grow into a full-time finance and operations position as NeuroNav expands.
