📋 Description

• As an Activation Specialist at Credit Key, you will play a critical role in helping potential borrowers successfully navigate the application process to gain approval for our B2B financing platform, directly impacting customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Day to day, you will work directly with prospects to gather missing documentation, overcome objections, and guide them through the approval workflow while serving as a product expert who educates and inspires confidence in our solution.
• You will be part of the Client Success team at a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech startup that is disrupting B2B lending by providing flexible, pay-over-time solutions for businesses of all sizes.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in credit underwriting, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Risk, and Sales teams, enabling you to build a strong foundation for a career in fintech, customer success, or sales operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Excellent communication abilities with a proven ability to overcome objections
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate change, adapt priorities, and thrive in ambiguous startup environments
