- • Own ad monetization strategy and revenue across JustPlay and Gimica Games’ mobile portfolio, driving nine-figure annual revenue through waterfall optimization, ad partner negotiations, and AI-powered innovation.
- • Day to day: Manage bidding and waterfall configurations in MAX Mediation, automate ad performance reporting (eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU), negotiate commercial deals with ad partners, resolve technical SDK and discrepancy issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to test new ad formats and monetization tactics.
- • Join a profitable, fast-moving gaming company with a hybrid Berlin base and global team of over 30 nationalities across 20 locations, where ownership, autonomy, and AI fluency are expected and rewarded.
- • Learn to leverage AI and automation to scale ad monetization impact, gain end-to-end ownership of revenue-critical systems, and shape the future of ad product innovation in a high-growth mobile gaming environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in mobile ad monetization (or demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally fast)
- • Solid understanding of mobile gaming economics and waterfall optimization techniques
- • Proficiency with AI tools in daily work — not just experimentation, but habitual use to eliminate manual tasks
- • Fluency in written and spoken English
- • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and thriving under goal-oriented, trust-based management
