- • The Adjuster- Accident Benefits role at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. is critical to investigating and adjusting property and casualty claims for residential and commercial clients with minimal supervision, directly supporting individuals facing unexpected losses and ensuring fair, timely resolutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting claims, contacting involved parties, investigating claim circumstances for coverage determination, examining insurance policies, preparing repair or replacement cost estimates, conducting interviews with claimants and witnesses, negotiating and settling first- and third-party claims, addressing salvage and subrogation, and maintaining client relationships to foster repeat business.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • IIA-AIC designation required
- • Appropriate state adjuster license required
- • Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- • PC literacy with Microsoft Office products
