- • The Administrative Assistant Senior Representative provides high-level administrative and operational support to a team of five senior leaders within Operations, Insights & Delivery.
- • This role is responsible for driving efficiency across leadership priorities, managing complex logistics, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
- • The position requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- • Manage complex calendars for five senior leaders, prioritizing critical business activities and resolving conflicts.
- • Coordinate meetings across time zones, including leadership forums and cross-functional sessions.
- • Prepare leaders with agendas, materials, and briefing support.
- • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- • Prepare and manage expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and organizational events.
- • Support onboarding, team logistics, and administrative processes.
- • Maintain key team artifacts (org charts, distribution lists, documentation).
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • 5+ years relevant administrative support experience supporting multiple senior/executive leaders.
- • Experience performing in a corporate, matrixed environment supporting senior leadership teams preferred.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
- • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to produce executive-ready materials.
- • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams.
- • High level of professionalism and discretion.
- • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- • Proficient using MS Office software.
