- • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiter relationship management.
- • Support onboarding, communication, and follow-ups with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- • Manage and maintain project trackers, action item lists, and operational workflows to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- • Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and logistical support for leadership and teams.
- • Assist with office setup, vendor management, and local operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- • Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership based on operational data and project outcomes.
- • Ensure consistent follow-through on key initiatives, outstanding actions, and cross-functional deliverables.
- • Maintain operational discipline by organizing priorities, tracking deadlines, and escalating blockers proactively.
- • Act as a central point of contact for administrative and business execution tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
