  • • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including interview scheduling, recruiter communications, and candidate pipeline management to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • • Manage relationships and onboarding processes for external agencies and vendors supporting recruitment and operational needs.
  • • Maintain and update project trackers, action item lists, and operational workflows to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
  • • Organize and coordinate meetings, business travel, and logistical arrangements for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • • Support office setup, vendor management, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure a functional and efficient workplace environment.
  • • Prepare clear reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership based on operational data and project outcomes.
  • • Ensure consistent follow-through on key initiatives, deadlines, and outstanding actions to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • • Drive efficiency in daily business operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined processes.
  • • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders across hiring, operations, and administrative functions.
  • • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges without requiring direction, demonstrating ownership of outcomes.
