  • • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiter relationship management.
  • • Support onboarding, communication, and follow-ups with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • • Manage and maintain project trackers, action item lists, and operational workflows to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
  • • Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and logistical support for leadership and teams.
  • • Assist with office setup, vendor management, and local operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • • Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership based on operational data and project outcomes.
  • • Ensure consistent follow-through on key initiatives, outstanding actions, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • • Maintain operational discipline by organizing priorities, tracking deadlines, and escalating blockers proactively.
  • • Act as a central point of contact for administrative and business execution tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • • Support business administration functions including document management, calendar coordination, and internal process documentation.
  • • Work closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
  • • Demonstrate high ownership by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions without explicit direction.
