  • • Join Campus, a revolutionary accredited college poised to redefine higher education by offering accessible, high-quality programs designed for the modern workforce. We are on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow, providing students with in-demand business and AI skills through live, online classes taught by esteemed professors from top universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard. Our innovative approach is powered by a cutting-edge technology platform and a deeply researched student success model, ensuring every student receives dedicated advising, on-demand tutoring, and personalized coaching.
  • • As an Admissions Counselor, you will be the crucial first point of contact for prospective students, playing an instrumental role in shaping their educational journey. This position is at the forefront of our growth, requiring individuals who are passionate about education, driven by results, and possess an exceptional ability to connect with and guide individuals through significant life decisions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospective students daily via phone, text, and email. This involves building genuine trust and rapport, actively listening to understand their unique aspirations, challenges, and goals, and providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • • You will conduct thorough admissions interviews designed to uncover each student's motivations, potential barriers to success, and overall fit with the Campus program. This requires a keen ability to ask insightful follow-up questions and tailor your communication style to meet students wherever they are in their decision-making process.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve troubleshooting common student concerns, which may range from understanding the application process and college readiness to managing emotional stress associated with major life changes. Your ability to offer support, encouragement, and practical solutions will be paramount.
  • • You will meticulously guide and consistently follow up with students as they navigate the application and enrollment stages. This includes providing assistance with completing their applications, clarifying enrollment steps, and ensuring a clear understanding of the Campus program, its unique schedule, and the expectations for student success.
  • • This role demands the use of sound judgment to help students overcome ambiguity, address objections, and manage any frustration with clarity, care, and professionalism. You must be adept at navigating complex conversations and providing reassurance.
  • • You will manage a personal pipeline of prospective students, making a high volume of calls (80+ daily), conducting interviews, and maintaining persistent follow-up through structured phone, text, and email outreach. This requires exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • • Precision in managing your daily tasks, follow-ups, and detailed notes is essential. You will leverage Salesforce and other structured outreach tools to maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring accurate documentation that facilitates seamless transitions between Admissions, Financial Aid, and Onboarding teams.
  • • Success in this role means thriving in ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing needs, and maintaining high levels of motivation and persistence, even when faced with repeated rejection or student drop-off. Resilience and a proactive approach are key.
  • • You will be a vital part of a team that is committed to transforming higher education. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping students access a more affordable, effective, and career-focused college experience. This is an opportunity to be an integral player in bringing Campus's vision of reimagining college to life, making a tangible impact on the futures of countless students.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in communication and organization but also possess a genuine passion for empowering students and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you are driven by making a difference and excel in a performance-oriented culture, this role offers a unique and rewarding career path.
